Getting Started
What is Peptide Tracker?
Peptide Tracker is a free, privacy-focused web app for tracking peptide protocols and doses. It helps you manage multiple protocols, log doses with timestamps, track inventory levels, and visualize your dosing history with a calendar view. No email signup required - just generate an access code and start tracking.
How do I create an account?
Creating an account takes about 30 seconds:
- Click "Get Started Free" on the homepage
- A unique 12-character access code is generated for you (like ABC-123-XYZ-789)
- Save this code somewhere safe - it's your only way to access your account
- Start creating protocols and logging doses!
No email, password, or personal information needed.
What if I lose my access code?
Unfortunately, if you lose your access code, there's no way to recover your account. This is a trade-off for privacy - since we don't collect email addresses, we can't send password reset links.
Tips to keep your code safe:
- Save it in a password manager
- Write it down and keep it somewhere secure
- Take a screenshot (store securely)
- Use the "Export Data" feature regularly to backup your protocols
Is Peptide Tracker really free?
Yes, 100% free with no catch. There are no premium tiers, no feature limits, and no ads. All features including unlimited protocols, dose logging, inventory tracking, push notifications, and data export are completely free. We built this tool because we needed it ourselves and wanted to share it with the community.
Protocol Management
What peptides can I track?
You can track any peptide or supplement protocol. Common examples include:
- BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound)
- TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4)
- GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide)
- Semaglutide, Tirzepatide
- CJC-1295, Ipamorelin
- PT-141, Melanotan II
- NAD+ and other supplements
- Custom peptide blends
The app is flexible - you name your protocols whatever you want and set custom dosing schedules.
What dosing schedules are supported?
Peptide Tracker supports a wide range of dosing frequencies:
- Daily - Once per day
- Twice Daily - Morning and evening doses
- Every Other Day (EOD) - Alternating days
- Weekly - Once per week on a specific day
- Biweekly - Twice per week (you choose the days)
- Triweekly - Three times per week
- Custom - Select specific days of the week
You can also set up cycling schedules (e.g., 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off) for protocols that require breaks.
Can I track cycling protocols (on/off periods)?
Yes! When creating or editing a protocol, you can choose between "Continuous" or "Cycling" schedule types. For cycling, you specify:
- Weeks "on" (active dosing period)
- Weeks "off" (rest period)
The app automatically tracks which phase you're in and adjusts the calendar and reminders accordingly. Common cycles like 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off or 5 days on / 2 days off are easy to set up.
What dose units are supported?
Peptide Tracker supports multiple units to match your dosing preferences:
- mL - Milliliters (volume)
- mg - Milligrams (weight)
- mcg - Micrograms (weight)
- IU - International Units
- units - Generic units (insulin syringe units, etc.)
When tracking inventory, the app automatically converts between units based on your reconstitution volume (e.g., mL to mg based on concentration).
Inventory & Tracking
How does inventory tracking work?
Inventory tracking automatically monitors your peptide supplies. When you enable it for a protocol, you set:
- Amount per vial (e.g., 5mg, 10mg, 70mg)
- Reconstitution volume (e.g., 2mL, 3mL of BAC water)
- Number of vials you have
- Low stock alert threshold
Every time you log a dose, the inventory is automatically deducted. The app shows you remaining amounts, doses left, and alerts you when stock is running low.
How are mL doses converted to mg?
If you dose in mL but track inventory in mg, the app automatically converts using your reconstitution settings:
Dose (mg) = Dose (mL) x Concentration
Example:
- Vial: 70mg peptide
- Reconstituted with: 3mL BAC water
- Concentration: 70mg / 3mL = 23.33 mg/mL
- If you inject 0.1mL: 0.1 x 23.33 = 2.33mg deducted from inventory
Can I track injection sites?
Yes! When logging doses, you can optionally record:
- Administration method: SubQ, IM, IV, Oral, Nasal, Topical
- Injection site: Abdomen (L/R), Thigh (L/R), Deltoid (L/R), Glute (L/R)
This helps you rotate injection sites to prevent tissue irritation and track what's working best for you.
Features
How do push notifications work?
You can enable browser push notifications to get dose reminders. When you enable reminders:
- Your browser will ask for notification permission
- Set your preferred reminder time (e.g., 8:00 AM)
- Receive a notification when doses are due
- Click the notification to open the app and log your dose
Notifications work on desktop browsers and mobile devices. You can disable them anytime in the app settings.
Can I use it offline?
Yes! Peptide Tracker is a Progressive Web App (PWA) with offline support:
- The app caches your data for offline viewing
- You can view your calendar and protocols without internet
- Doses logged offline will sync when you reconnect
- Install it to your home screen for app-like experience
Can I export my data?
Yes, you can export all your data anytime:
- JSON format: Complete data backup, can be re-imported
- CSV format: Spreadsheet-compatible for analysis
Go to Settings in the app to access export options. We recommend regular exports as a backup.
Is there a mobile app?
Peptide Tracker is a web app that works great on mobile browsers. You can also install it as a PWA:
On iPhone/iPad:
- Open the site in Safari
- Tap the Share button
- Select "Add to Home Screen"
On Android:
- Open the site in Chrome
- Tap the menu (three dots)
- Select "Add to Home screen" or "Install app"
